[Grime] Keep Watch Vol. XXXIII: Royal-T[Download]
I’ve long said that Tuesday is the grimiest day of the week, and now it’s an irrefutable truth! We’re crazy excited to be dropping the brand new Keep Watch Mix (the 33rd installment!) right now, this massive dispatch coming from rising grime superstar Royal-T. We’ve been singing the praises of Royal-T, and the rest of the Butterz roster, for a minute now, and we knew that recruiting someone from Butterz would net us a killer mix. The proof is in the pudding as they say, except this time the pudding is 50 minutes of guaranteed party. The 21 year old from Southhampton, England, truly crushed it.
Royal-T, despite his young age, has already done releases on Butterz, No Hats No Hoods, Boogaloo City, and Rinse Recordings. He’s also done official remixes for the likes of Katy B and Wiley, as well as produced extensively for Grime MC P Money. Royal-T (who you can see in the above cover photo shot by Rob Vanderman) stuffed his Keep Watch Mix to the brim with a utterly choice selection of Grime tunes (including many from his Butterz cohorts). Keep Watch Vol. XXXIII features tracks from Swindle, Skepta, Champion, Shiftee and Мишка’s own Badman Shark, Terror Danjah, and of course Royal-T himself.
